St Charles Irrigation has been serving the St Charles region since 2002. Our goal is to provide prompt service to keep your irrigation system in top condition for minimal cost.  System functionality, performance at a minimal cost are the top priorities.  We will service your system as if it were our own. We listen to your concerns and make recommendations to improve the performance of the system without the salesman type pressure. We are fully licensed, insured and bonded for the entire St. Louis Metro area.

Meet the Owner Bob Baker:

Bob believes each and every one of our customer's systems should be treated as if it were his own system.  Bob’s hands on style and knowledge of designing and operating piping systems in industry easily transitioned over to the lawn irrigation industry where it is essential a system is maintained in top condition to ensure the lawn is efficiently watered.  Bob is licensed as a Master Lawn Irrigation System Specialist.  

Raised in North St Louis County, Bob graduated from Washington University with a BS in Chemical Engineering. Bob ventured into lawn irrigation in 1997 when he and his young family moved with his career to different parts of the country for Adilia Golf, General Motors and Dow Chemical. Each new home needed an irrigation system and many of the contractor quotes for irrigation systems did not take into consideration the yard contour, tree shading, local regulations, or was just too expensive.  Bob took on the tasks of designed and installed irrigation systems at his homes. After moving back to the region Bob began installing systems for friends and in 2002 several friends, unknowingly 1st satisfied customers, convinced him to open St Charles Irrigation. Bob continued to work in industry and operated the business until recently when he decided to give the business his full attention.
