Our Services
Spring Activation - $140
Once the frost has cleared the ground, it’s time to schedule your spring start-up. Starting up your sprinkler system properly is very important to getting it up-and-running for the season.
We inspect your entire system from top to bottom and make any necessary repairs or adjustments. This includes:
- A certified backflow preventer test.
- Checking for broken or damaged spray heads
- Ensuring that your controller is working properly
- Visually inspecting each zone has proper coverage
- Visually inspect for system leaks
- Inspecting and cleaning rain sensor (if necessary).

Backflow Preventer Test - $75
We are St. Louis County, MO DNR and ASSE certified. The most important thing you can do to maintain a backflow prevention assembly is to test it once a year and rebuilt the assembly every five. This ensures problems are identified before they become larger problems. We carry parts for all brands of backflow preventers.

Mid-Summer Tune-Up - $90
Once the heat of Summer is upon us, your lawn and landscape’s needs change. A Mid-season tune up can keep your irrigation system running at optimum performance. This service is usually performed June, July & August depending on weather.
There is nothing worse than looking at your lawn and seeing brown spots. The Mid-season tune up includes:
- Visually inspect the backflow preventer for leaks.
- Inspect sprinkler coverage and inspect for leaks.
- Adjust controller for current summer conditions.
- Inspect supply pipe and zones for leaks.
- Verify the controller & valves are functioning.

Fall Winterization - $75
Prior to winter it’s imperative to remove water from system. Not doing so will allow the water in your system to freeze and then crack the pipes and backflow preventer resulting in an expensive springtime repair. We are experienced to safely and effectively winterize your sprinkler system. The process includes:
- Draining the water from the supply components.
- Preparing the backflow preventer for winter.
- Blow the water out water out of the system, zone by zone, with an air compressor.
- Idling the controller for winter.
- Inspect system and noting needed spring repairs.

We advise winterizing systems no later than October.
System Repairs
Winterization and spring activation by us is the best way to keep your sprinkler system functioning at a high level. However, sometimes, additional maintenance is required. We offer affordable maintenance and repair services to keep your system at peak performance on any brand your system have.
We offer the following sprinkler repair and maintenance services:
- Controller & Control Valve Repair: Ensure the controller is functioning properly and communicating with the control valve.
- Sprinkler Head Replacement & Leak Repair: Replace sprinkler heads and repair leaks as they occur – another way to save you money.
- System Renovation: When necessary we will make renovations to your aging system, including updating heads or adding new sensors to keep your system functioning at an optimal level.
Repair costs are based on $90/hour labor and cost of the parts.

WIFI Smart Controller
A smart controller synced with your smart phone provides you access while away from home. You can set it to provide alerts as well as be able to interrupt service or change the watering schedule remotely. Another benefit with smart controllers is local weather data is sent to the controller to help your smart controller adjust the watering schedule and reduce your water bill. We carry several brands to choose from. As about a WIFI upgrade of your existing controller.
Repair costs are based on $90/hour labor and cost of the parts.

System/Zone Balancing
Do you have sections of your lawn that look dry and other sections soaking wet? Do you have a zone that has both wet and dry sections? Checking the system balance is best way to eliminate over or under coverage. Once the water pattern is mapped out the necessary adjustments can be made to your system to ensure the right amount of water at the right place.
Balancing costs are based on $90/hour labor and cost of the parts.
